Originating in theatre, the green room is the space backstage where performers step out of character, and rest. Therapy here is meant to be that space for you: no masks, no performing, no roles to play.

You don't have to be in crisis to seek support.
Therapy can be a kind, proactive way to care for yourself. I offer a grounded, collaborative space to explore what you're carrying, make sense of your experiences, and find ways forward that feel like your own.
Room for your whole story
My work considers the relationships, experiences, and wider context that shape your life. Together, we can explore stories that feel limiting or painful and make room for new possibilities.
Areas of focus include anxiety and depression, guilt and self-blame, identity, life transitions, grief, childhood trauma, and relationship patterns.
If cost is a barrier, feel free to ask about my sliding scale spots.

A space to reconnect, understand each other, and move forward together.
I enjoy helping couples strengthen their connection, communicate more effectively, and work through relationship patterns that feel stuck. Whether you're navigating conflict, preparing for marriage, or rebuilding trust, I offer a warm, collaborative space to grow together.
Understanding your patterns
My approach considers your relationship in context, with practical tools that support deeper understanding and lasting change. I'm Gottman Method Level 1 trained and a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator.
The 80-minute option is recommended for couples, especially for the intake session.

Support, with room for the life you're living.
Virtual therapy offers a way to meet online rather than travel to an office. Reach out to discuss whether telehealth is a good fit for you and to ask about current availability.
Before we meet
We'll discuss your needs, where you'll be located during sessions, and the practical details of meeting virtually before scheduling. You can also ask questions about privacy, technology, and what to expect.
